Payment Structure:

  • 25% due upon Phase Two contract signing

PHASE THREE: Property Launch & Implementation

  • 25% due upon Phase Three contract signing

  • 25% upon design approval

  • 25% at production file completion

  • 25% upon project completion and launch

Ongoing Brand Management

  • À la carte hours: $175/hour (10-hour minimum purchase)

Terms & Conditions

Project Booking

  • Projects are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis

  • Each phase requires a separate contract and can be initiated independently

Timeline

  • Timelines begin upon receipt of signed contract, initial payment, and completed project kickoff

  • Client feedback turnaround times affect overall project timeline

  • Delays in Phase Two or Three (property construction, permits, etc.) will be accommodated

Revisions

  • Each phase includes a defined revision process

  • Additional revisions beyond scope may incur hourly fees

Outside Vendors

  • Photography, printing, and fabrication costs are separate from this proposal

  • Vendor selection and pricing will be coordinated during relevant project phases

  • We manage all vendor relationships and maintain quality control throughout

Intellectual Property

  • Upon final payment, all design files and intellectual property transfer to client

  • Lauren Ledbetter retains the right to showcase work in portfolio
